This program is a no nonsense, heavy lifting, “bar ain’t bendin you’re pretendin” kind of program. It is 4 days a week and provides training percentages for your big 3 lifts. This program is intentionally designed to help you hit a specific PR you have your heart set on. The design is volume through sets, not reps, allowing you to move heavier weights and progress toward a new max over 10 weeks. This program also includes suggested deload workouts to allow optimum recovery to ensure you reach your new PR.
