This program is intentionally designed to help you hit a specific PR you have your heart set on. The design is volume through sets, not reps, allowing you to move heavier weights and progress toward a new max over 10 weeks. This program also includes suggested deload workouts to allow optimum recovery to ensure you reach your new PR.
