How It Works
One-on-one training with me to learn new movements, become proficient in various techniques, break through plateaus, and progress your strength and fitness. Sessions are scheduled for one hour and typically include a warm-up, workout (or specific movement coaching), and a cool-down. My goal in personal training is to teach you how to move and program for yourself so you can become independent in your training! Personal training appointments are scheduled by email only. Online sessions are recommended only for people working out at home or with a private gym and are scheduled via google meets.
